Which Channel Brings Real Leads? Use a Separate WhatsApp Form for Each One
Instagram, Google, a QR code, and an ad all send you traffic — but which one sends customers? One form per channel gives you the answer without any complicated tools.
The Question Every Business Asks Too Late
You post on Instagram, run an ad, put a QR code at the counter, and list your business on Google. Leads arrive. But which of those efforts actually produced them? Without an answer, you can't decide where to spend more time or money.
The Simple Method: One Form per Channel
Create a separate form for each source, with identical questions and a slightly different name:
Share each link only in its own channel. Every submission is then automatically labelled by where it came from — no tracking codes, no guesswork.
Duplicate Instead of Rebuilding
You don't have to build each form from scratch. Create one good form, then use Duplicate from the form's menu on your dashboard and rename the copy. Same questions, new link.
Read the Results
Open each form's Responses tab (on Pro) and compare:
| Channel | Responses | Qualified | Won |
|---|---|---|---|
| 40 | 8 | 3 | |
| 15 | 9 | 6 | |
| QR Counter | 12 | 5 | 2 |
In this example, Instagram brings the most responses but Google brings the most customers. Without separate forms, you would have thought Instagram was your hero.
Add Status to See Quality, Not Just Quantity
Use the Responses tab statuses — New, Contacted, Qualified, Won, Lost — so you can compare not just how many people filled each form, but how many became customers.
Free Plan Tip
The free plan includes five forms, which is enough to test five channels. When you grow beyond that, Pro removes the form limit.
Act on What You Learn
Double down on the channel that wins, fix or drop the one that doesn't, and re-check every month. Over a few months, this single habit does more for your marketing budget than any dashboard.
